How do you protect chocolates from the heat?
We use thermal packaging, cooled courier service and insulated handling to ensure chocolates arrive in perfect condition.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay & PayPal.
Can I pay cash when my order is delivered?
No — we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Please select one of our other secure payment methods at checkout.
How are refunds handled?
Refund to the original payment method (3–7 business days)

Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery within the UAE usually takes 1–2 business days.
Remote areas may require an additional day.
What are the delivery charges?
Standard delivery within the UAE is AED 10–15, depending on the emirate.
Free delivery on orders above AED 300.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, in selected areas. Additional charges may apply.
What happens if the delivery attempt fails or there’s an issue with my address?
Our courier makes one delivery attempt to the address provided.
- If the delivery is unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us.
- We will contact you to reschedule, and an additional fee may apply.
Orders
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.
Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible due to the perishable nature of our products.
How do I report an issue with my order?
Any issues must be reported within 12 hours of delivery by emailing info@ninachocolate.ae.
Please include photos of the packaging and product to help us validate your claim.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Because chocolates are perishable, returns are not possible.
However, if there is any issue, we offer refunds or replacement shipments.
What if my chocolates arrive melted or damaged?
Please contact us within 12 hours with a photo. You will receive either a refund or a replacement shipment.
What is a replacement shipment?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will send you a new, identical order at no cost.
What can be returned?
Because chocolates are perishable, returns are accepted only if:
- You received the wrong product
- The product arrived damaged, melted, or defective
- The return request is made within 12 hours
- Orders delivered in perfect condition but refused will be subject to a minimum charge of 100 AED
What can't be returned?
- Orders which have been delivered properly.
- Special Customized orders, personalized, or seasonal items (e.g., Eid/Christmas editions)
